Straits Food Company - Bangsar

Straits Food Company is a corner shop lot that offers comfort food. For those who is craving of masakan nyonya well you would not go wrong with Straits Food Company; with their affordable price and chic environment.

My favorite from the menu is Ayam O and is great to go with Noddles or Rice. I'm served with my rice soaked in to the rich ginger-ish soup of Ayam O. The ginger flavor was the Omphh of this dish to kick start! Ayam O is price at RM7.

Nyonya Laksa, Popiah Peranakan , Ayam O & Cendol

As for the popiah peranakan, it has rich flavor of eggs and as you dig in the you will get a hint of coriander leaves. Popiah peranakan is price at RM4.50.

Cendol

Here comes the dessert omg!!!! I must admit that this is the best cendol maybe due do the rich "gula melaka"and I really like the taste of this gula melaka it was superb. The cendol is price at RM4.50.

BEAM Sri Damansara - Industrial Space

BEAM cafe is an industrial space in an industrial area for coffee addict. Everything was so industrial and the interior is so cozy.

Well I don't consume coffee just when in out of curiosity and I want to try out their Panini as I heard the food is quite good. 

Panini Roasted Chicken

Panini Roasted Chicken with salad is price at RM19 and for the high price the actually worth paying for and the portion is big. The panini is very crisp and not forgetting the salad is delicious.

VCR has been quite a hype and well know cafe to chill in Kuala Lumpur.What best it is the chilling ambiance, coffee and some light dish on the menu.

We fall in love with Potato waffle. Our best savory waffle with perfect poached egg and mushroom.

Potato waffle was priced at RM24.

French toast - For cinnamon lover and coffee lover. Combination of toast, ice cream and cookies crumbs (gingery and coffe cookies crumbs) We sample a whole new flavor of edition on what a French toast could offer.

French Toast was price at RM19.

To get to VCR the nearest station would be Hang Tuah Monorail Station. Less than 5 minutes walking distance (by foot) from the station. VCR is located behind the Pudu Police Station (blue building) just behind the sloppy hill.

Penang The Alley Instagram and Chill

The Alley Penang is an Instagram worthy cafe and also a place for you to chill while you are in Penang and they open till late night.

They have coffee,cakes and light snack like Churros (yums) which price at a affordable price.

What makes them Instagram worthy is the concept of the space which is small and cozy and they also have malaysian edition caption and hashtag wood plank like: bojio, nah kinjio , kayaraya, buangbalik and few more fun caption that you can take picture with in the cozy environment with your friends.

#Buangbalik hashtag was epic!! Which means throwback! 

Love the - "Life is short eat while you have teeth!" quote and that is very true! They also have a fun hashtag like  #lolongkia which means "lolong" the alley in malay while "kia" means kid.
